Agentic AI Implementation Services, End to End
Xyner's agentic AI implementation services give you a complete delivery engagement: a named team, defined deliverables for every phase, integration with your enterprise systems, governance sign-off with your risk function, and run support after go-live — first use case live in 6–12 weeks.
What are agentic AI implementation services?
Agentic AI implementation services are a packaged delivery engagement: a vendor team that takes your chosen use case and returns running, governed AI agents in production — with the integration work, security configuration, testing, documentation, training and post-go-live support included and priced up front. You are buying an outcome with named deliverables, not a pool of hours.
Xyner's version of the service is distinctive because the delivery team implements on Xyner's own platform. The engineers configuring your agents built their careers on the 250+ capabilities and 1,000+ connectors they are wiring up, which compresses the schedule and removes the vendor-blames-platform failure mode entirely: one party is accountable for the software and the delivery.
If you want the underlying methodology — the phase gates and sequencing logic the service follows — that is covered on the agentic AI implementation page. This page describes the engagement itself: what you get, who shows up, and what you sign off at each stage.
What the service includes
Eight workstreams, all inside the engagement price — nothing arrives later as a surprise change request.
Use-case scoping
Workflow analysis, success metrics and a solution blueprint you approve before build starts.
Agent configuration
Goals, plans, tools, prompts and escalation rules built on the platform by Xyner engineers.
System integration
Connectors to your ERP, CRM, ITSM, data and document systems — custom REST/SOAP work included in scope.
Knowledge onboarding
Your policies, procedures and documents indexed so agents reason over your facts with citations.
Governance setup
RBAC, approval gates, action budgets and audit configured and walked through with your risk team.
Testing & evaluation
Evaluation suites written for your workflow, failure-mode testing, and supported UAT with your users.
Training & enablement
Role-based training for operators, approvers and administrators, plus runbooks your team keeps.
Hypercare & run support
The build team stays through stabilization; ongoing run support continues under the 99.95% SLA.
Who shows up: the delivery team
Every engagement staffs these roles — sized to your scope, consistent across all six delivery offices.
Engagement lead
Your single accountable contact. Owns the plan, the phase gates, the risks and the weekly steering conversation — and has delivered this engagement shape before.
Solution architect
Designs the agent solution, the integration map and the deployment posture; stays through delivery so the design and the build never drift apart.
Agent engineers
Configure agents, tools, prompts and knowledge on the platform — and build any custom capabilities your workflow needs through supported extension points.
Integration engineers
Wire the pre-built connectors to your systems and build REST/SOAP integrations for the in-house ones, on least-privilege credentials your IAM team controls.
Quality & evaluation engineer
Writes the evaluation suites, runs failure-mode tests and prepares the evidence pack your go-live decision is based on.
Enablement & run specialist
Trains operators and approvers, writes the runbooks, manages hypercare and transitions the solution into steady-state run support.
Your side contributes a product owner, system access and the process experts for UAT — the engagement outline states exactly how much of their time is needed, week by week.
Deliverables, phase by phase
Each phase ends with artifacts you sign — so progress is inspectable and the engagement cannot drift.
Phase 1 — Solution blueprint
Deliverables: scoped workflow definition, success metrics, integration map, data-class inventory, governance outline, deployment decision and the detailed plan. You sign before build begins.
Phase 2 — Foundations
Deliverables: provisioned environments in your chosen posture, connected systems on scoped credentials, indexed knowledge sources, and a connectivity report proving every interface works.
Phase 3 — Working build
Deliverables: configured agents demoed weekly against real cases, custom tools and connectors, and the governance configuration — RBAC, approvals, action budgets — ready for risk review.
Phase 4 — Evidence pack
Deliverables: evaluation-suite results across normal, edge and failure cases, UAT findings and resolutions, and the go-live recommendation your stakeholders decide on.
Phase 5 — Go-live
Deliverables: phased cutover (shadow, partial, full volume), live monitoring dashboards, trained operators and approvers, and runbooks for every escalation path.
Phase 6 — Handover & run
Deliverables: complete solution documentation, admin handover sessions, hypercare report, and the agreed run-support model under the 99.95% platform SLA.
What you are choosing between
Three ways to get agents implemented — compared as purchases, not philosophies.
| What you buy | In-house build | Generic systems integrator | Xyner platform + services |
|---|---|---|---|
| The team | Hired and ramped by you | Bench staff, learning your platform choice | Engineers who work on the platform daily |
| The software | Assembled from frameworks | Licensed separately, integrated by them | Platform and delivery from one accountable party |
| Price certainty | Open-ended payroll | T&M with change requests | Scoped engagement, deliverables priced up front |
| Integration effort | Every connector hand-built | Depends on the platform they resell | 1,000+ pre-built connectors in the price |
| Governance deliverable | Backlog item | Often a separate security workstream | RBAC, approvals, budgets, audit — standard scope |
| Testing deliverable | Whatever time allows | Test plans, variably executed | Evaluation evidence pack as a phase gate |
| Time to first value | Quarters | Program-dependent | 6–12 weeks to a live use case |
| After go-live | Your pager | New support contract, new team | Hypercare, then run support on a 99.95% SLA |
Workflows these services are bought for
The engagements enterprises commission most — each a self-contained scope with its own deliverables.
Customer service automation
Ticket triage and resolution agents on your service platform → scoped, built and live with approval gates → queues fall, escalations stay human.
Finance operations
Invoice matching, reconciliation and close-support agents on your ERP → delivered with audit trails your controllers accept → faster closes every month.
Onboarding services
Customer or employee onboarding agents across HRMS, ITSM and identity → one engagement, one checklist automated end to end → cycle time cut measurably.
Document processing
Extraction and validation pipelines over contracts, claims or applications → delivered with citation-backed accuracy evidence → manual keying retired.
IT operations
Runbook-executing agents on your ITSM with approval gates on risky steps → delivered with your ops team trained as approvers → known errors close themselves.
Compliance operations
Evidence-gathering and report-assembly agents over your data platforms → delivered with lineage your auditors can follow → reporting cycles shortened.
Procurement automation
Request-to-order agents across ERP and supplier portals → delivered with action budgets capping spend exposure → cycle times drop safely.
Claims & case handling
Case-assembly and validation agents feeding human decision-makers → delivered with evaluation packs per case type → throughput rises, decisions stay owned.
Multi-workflow programs
A sequenced series of the above → each engagement reuses the last one's integrations and governance → unit cost falls with every wave.
The estate the service connects to
Integration scope is stated system by system in the blueprint — these are the categories it draws from.
ERP & finance
SAP, Oracle and finance platforms — transactional read/write included in scope.
CRM & service
Salesforce, ServiceNow and service desks — cases, SLAs and customer records.
HR & workforce
Workday and HR platforms for onboarding and employee-service engagements.
Databases & warehouses
Governed queries with lineage — the data layer of most finance and compliance scopes.
Document repositories
Contract, claim and case stores — retrieval and write-back with citations.
REST & SOAP APIs
In-house and legacy systems — custom connector work named and priced in the blueprint.
Delivered into the posture you require
The service delivers the same scope into any of the platform's deployment models.
SaaS & dedicated VPC
Shortest schedule — environments ready in days, engagement focused on your workflow, 99.95% SLA from go-live.
Managed control plane, your data plane
Execution and data inside your boundary with Xyner-managed upgrades — the regulated-enterprise default.
On-prem Kubernetes & air-gapped
The delivery team installs, integrates and hands over inside your perimeter — private, locally hosted models included where required.
Security posture of the engagement itself
How the delivery process protects your estate while the agents are being built.
Least-privilege access
Delivery runs on scoped service accounts your IAM team provisions and can revoke at any time.
Sandbox-first build
Agents work against non-production systems until the evidence pack justifies promotion.
Audit from day one
Every agent action during build and test is logged and replayable — the trail starts before go-live.
Action budgets in test
Caps apply during UAT too — a misconfigured test agent cannot flood a connected system.
Model routing policy
Data-class rules across the 12+ supported model families apply from the first sandbox run.
Residency honored in delivery
Build and test happen inside your chosen posture — data never detours through a vendor environment.
Certified platform
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR-compliant, HIPAA-aligned — evidence available for your vendor review.
Risk-team checkpoints
Governance review is a named phase gate — your risk function signs before UAT and before go-live.
The engagement, start to finish
Ten steps from first call to steady-state operations.
1. Scoping call
You describe the workflow; we outline feasibility, likely schedule and what the blueprint will cover.
2. Engagement outline
Written scope, team, deliverables, dependencies and price — before any commitment.
3. Blueprint sprint
Workflow analysis, integration map, governance outline and deployment decision, signed by you.
4. Environment & access setup
Your IT provisions scoped credentials; we stand up environments in your posture.
5. Build sprints
Agents configured and demoed weekly; integration and knowledge work proceed in parallel.
6. Governance gate
RBAC, approvals, budgets and audit reviewed and signed by your risk function.
7. Evaluation & UAT
Evidence pack assembled; your process owners test and sign the go-live recommendation.
8. Phased go-live
Shadow mode, partial volume, full volume — monitored, reversible at each step.
9. Hypercare
The build team watches production closely, tunes and fixes until stability criteria are met.
10. Handover to run
Documentation, admin training and the agreed run-support model — plus the scope outline for use case two.

Frequently asked questions — implementation services
Scope, pricing, team and handover — answered the way procurement will ask them.
What do Xyner's agentic AI implementation services include?
A complete delivery engagement: use-case scoping and blueprint, agent configuration, system integration, knowledge onboarding, governance setup, evaluation and UAT support, operator training, phased go-live, hypercare and transition to run support. All workstreams are named in the engagement outline and included in the price.
How is this different from the implementation methodology page?
The methodology describes how implementation is done — the phases, gates and sequencing. This service is the commercial engagement that executes it: a named team, signed deliverables per phase, a scoped price and run support afterwards. You buy the service; the methodology is how the service works.
How are the services priced?
Per engagement, scoped before you sign: a blueprint phase at fixed price, a delivery phase sized by workflow and integration complexity, and optional run support as a subscription alongside the platform. Changes in scope are re-estimated openly, not absorbed into drifting invoices.
How long does an engagement take?
A first use case typically runs 6–12 weeks from blueprint sign-off to production, with hypercare following. Subsequent engagements are shorter because integrations, governance and operating rhythm already exist.
Who is on the delivery team?
An engagement lead, a solution architect, agent engineers, integration engineers, a quality and evaluation engineer, and an enablement and run specialist — sized to your scope. The same role structure applies in all six delivery offices.
What do we need to provide?
A product owner, timely system access on scoped credentials, and process experts for workshops and UAT. The engagement outline states the expected hours per role per week, so your side can plan realistically.
What deliverables do we actually receive?
Per phase: a signed solution blueprint; provisioned environments and a connectivity report; configured agents with governance ready for risk review; an evaluation evidence pack and UAT results; a phased go-live with trained users and runbooks; and full documentation with an agreed run-support model at handover.
Can the service deliver into our own infrastructure?
Yes. Engagements deliver into SaaS, dedicated VPC, hybrid, on-premise Kubernetes, sovereign and air-gapped environments. Build and test happen inside your chosen posture — your data does not detour through a vendor environment.
How does our risk team stay in control during delivery?
Governance review is a formal phase gate: RBAC, approval thresholds, action budgets and audit configuration are walked through and signed by your risk function before UAT, and again at the go-live decision. During build, agents run in sandboxes on least-privilege credentials with budgets enforced.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Handover includes full solution documentation, admin training and a hypercare report. You then choose the run model: your team operates with platform support, Xyner runs the agents under the 99.95% SLA, or a hybrid. Nothing about the solution is opaque to your administrators.
Can one engagement cover multiple workflows?
It can, but we usually advise sequencing: the first engagement establishes integrations, governance and operating rhythm; each following workflow is a smaller, cheaper engagement that reuses them. Multi-wave programs are outlined with per-wave pricing from the start.
Do the services include the consulting work?
Scoping and blueprint are included. If you still need use-case selection, readiness assessment or governance design across the organization, that is Xyner's consulting practice — engagements can begin there and flow into delivery without re-procurement.
